What Is Reiki for Pets?

Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that channels universal life force energy through gentle intention and presence. For animals, this often means:

Sessions are always led with respect—your pet chooses how much energy they want to receive, whether they move closer, lie down, or rest nearby.

What to Expect

During a session, your pet is free to relax in their familiar environment. Reiki can be offered:

  • In-person (Kansas City area)

  • Distance/remote (Zoom or video call) – just as effective for animals sensitive to travel or new spaces

Each session lasts 30 minutes. Some pets soak up the energy quickly; others may take more time. Every experience is unique and tailored to your pet’s needs.

Single Session: $65 (in-person or distance)

  • Add-On Option: Reiki can be combined with a Pet Sound Bath.
